Pricing
What a project costs
Every project gets a fixed price before work starts. Below is where each type of work begins and what moves the number up. Simple bots start at $200.
Where prices start
These are starting points for a working first version. The exact figure comes after we go through your task, and it does not change during the project unless the scope does.
What fits into each starting price
Examples of the scope a starting price usually covers. They describe the size of the job, not a fixed package: your task is priced on its own.
Simple bot, from $200
A bot that forwards new website orders into a staff chat, or collects applications through a short form and sends them to one person.
Monitoring, from $300
One marketplace, one or two sections, filters by price and keywords, new listings delivered to your Telegram.
Order bot, from $500
Customers pick from a short list, leave their details, and orders land in a simple admin panel where a manager changes their status.
Integration, from $800
Orders from one system appear in another without anyone retyping them: a shop into a CRM, a CRM into accounting.
Mini App, from $1,000
A catalog with categories, product cards and an order form inside Telegram, plus the admin panel to keep it up to date.
Custom systems
Several connected parts, unusual logic, or rebuilding a system that grew out of shape. These are priced after the requirements.
Every project includes
- Deployment to the server and a check in live conditions.
- Full access handed over at launch: you are not locked to me to keep it running.
- Working pieces shown on a test environment before launch, not one reveal at the end.
- Fixes for bugs in my own code after launch.
- A feature list and a deadline agreed before work starts, so the price has something firm to stand on.
What moves the price
Two projects with the same name can differ several times in cost. These are the things that make the difference.
Number of screens and commands
A bot with three commands and a Mini App with a catalog, cart and order history are different amounts of work.
Outside systems
Every connection to a CRM, accounting, warehouse, delivery service or payment provider is its own piece of work.
Admin panel
If a manager needs to edit products, prices, stock or orders without asking a developer, that panel has to be built.
Data sources
For monitoring, each platform needs its own parser. Ten platforms cost more than one.
Content and import
Moving an existing catalog with photos into the new system takes time that is easy to underestimate.
Interface
A clean standard interface is cheaper than a custom design built around your brand.
How payment works
The standard split is 50/50: half before work starts, half on delivery. Larger projects are divided into milestones, and each milestone is paid when it is done.
The agreed feature set is locked before the start. New ideas during the project are welcome, but they are priced separately, so the original price stays what it was.
After launch, keeping the server running and adding features is agreed separately, month to month. Nothing is bundled in that you did not ask for.
How to get an exact price
Write on Telegram with three things: what needs to be built, what already exists (a site, a bot, a mockup, code or just a description), and the deadline or budget if you have one.
The first answer, what can be done and where to start, costs nothing. If the task is clear, you get the feature list, the price and the deadline in return.
Questions about pricing
Why a starting price and not an exact one?
Because the same name hides very different jobs. A bot that posts alerts to one chat and a bot that runs a shop's whole order flow are both "a Telegram bot". The starting price shows the floor; the exact price depends on the points in "What moves the price" and is fixed before work starts.
Can the price grow during the project?
Not for the agreed work. The feature list is locked before the start, and the price is tied to it. If you add something new along the way, that addition is priced on its own and you decide whether to take it.
Is support after launch included?
Fixes for bugs in my own code are included. Ongoing work, such as keeping the server running, adapting to changes on outside platforms or adding features, is agreed separately and billed month to month.
Do you work with small budgets?
Yes. Simple bots start at $200. If the budget is tight, we can launch a smaller first version and add the rest in milestones once it is working.
Do I pay for the first conversation?
No. Describing the job and hearing what can be done and where to start costs nothing.
Are outside costs part of the price?
Anything that costs money outside the development itself, such as a paid API or a payment provider's fees, is named in the estimate, so it does not appear as a surprise later.
Describe the job in two or three sentences. You get the feature list, the price and the deadline before anything starts.
