1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy describes what data is processed when you visit alexxkash.dev. The site is a personal portfolio; it has no user accounts, no payments and no input forms.
2. Server logs
With every request, the server automatically writes the following to its access log: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, response code and browser identification (user agent). Log entries are retained for 14 days and are then deleted automatically.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
The access log is maintained in order to keep the site operational, to diagnose errors and to protect it against attacks. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interests of the site owner (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Cookies and analytics
The site does not use cookies, analytics services or advertising identifiers. The interface language you select is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and is not transmitted to the server.
5. Disclosure and transfer of data
Log data is not disclosed to third parties and is not used for profiling. The site is hosted on a server located in the European Union. Links to Telegram and GitHub lead to external services; the processing of data in those services is governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request information about the processing of your personal data, to request the erasure of that data, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
